Well, I had this long week which made me tired. I saw strange things and felt like i haven’t felt in ages. I got home this afternoon and decided i have to play. I had something to record; what i wrote two weeks ago about the terrorist bombing; and i’ll record it later on this week i guess. But i felt i need to play something a bit more... ...bluesish. First i replaced my guitar strings; i bought an Everly .11" gauge; they sound amazing on my Gibson Les Paul Standard. I hooked up Oran’s Marshall 80w (which i hold for him for over 4 years) and connected it to the computer. I usually don’t hook the amp, because the difference isn’t that great, but today i felt like it. I played a bit with the distortion and decided i want to do something Rockish; I played metal for just a few minutes to practice my fingers. Then i started playing this Riff; I couldn’t tell whether i know it or not; then i realised it’s a standard A blues Riff, where i modded the first A to be Minor. I also did it at 3/4s, so it is a tad strange. It’s slow, like i like to play.

I didn’t use a drum machine to keep beat and i didn’t really count the times, so i guess i messed up a few times, but i’m not sure. try to see.
